I started taking the seeds, 2 x teaspoons, morning and night, just 2 weeks ago.. I heat the seeds in a small pan and just as they show a little smoke coming off, I slip a tablespoon of water on them, to prevent them from burning. When the water has all gone, and the seeds are mostly dryish, I put them in a dish with a good teaspoon of honey, mix them well and eat them.
My hayfever is gone now- I used to suffer in the winter with the birch tree pollen, and then every other pollen coming in. My asthma is virtually non-existent now, even though I have a virus at the moment (caught from husband).
So I can say it has definitely worked, so is worth carrying on with. Not the best taste in the world, but hey.

I’m pulling with it now as well as taking 2 teaspoons a day to see if it’lol go away. I already went to urgent care this morning & they said it wasn’t strep.. but still waiting for the lab tests to come back.

Either way whatever this is, I hope it goes away for good! I’ll truly believe in the miracle of black seed oil if this mouth infection goes away.

I’ll make sure to come back to post an update. But so far this is my 2nd day consuming + pulling with it. Wish me good luck!

I just used it on a cold sore a few days ago. It worked much like Abreva in that I had to apply it for about three days or so but the sore never broke out in full. It kept it at what a white head looks like. It did nothing to stop the itching that comes with the cold sore, though. Mind you, I was already taking the black seed oil orally and then the sore popped out of nowhere.

Another interesting piece on black cumin seed oil I found below:

There are almost 200 million people worldwide suffering from diabetes, which is one of the leading causes of death today. The root of this global epidemic can be traced down to only one thing; your diet. Nearly 10% of the population in the United States is affected with this disease and studies are estimating this figure to double by 2030.

The 2 main agents in black cumin oil extract (thymoquinone and thymohydroquinone) act as powerful anti inflammatory and anti bacterial agents which have enormous medicinal value. The extracts help your intestines inhibit the absorption of glucose, which has proven to help prevent and treat diabetes. Studies have also shown that a daily intake of black cumin oil has significant impact on your body’s glucose tolerance and overall immune system health.

      Hello,
I would give my testimony on all the use cases of black seed or its oil I experienced myself.
I concocted a mixture of cumin seeds (Nigella sativa) ground + honey (1 part seeds to 5 parts pur honey)(parts by weight)
-I Started taking 5 July 2016; 1 teaspoon morning and evening; Each teaspoon contains about 1-1.1 g of raw seeds (unground). Wanting to test the safety of these seeds, 09 / July I begin to take 3 tsp (1matin, afternoon, evening) and this for 1 month and then I reduce the dose to 2 teaspoons / d as from the July 5th.
Before taking the concoction, I was prone to allergic rhinitis (always cold), always tired with back pain on waking, insomniac with at least 1 to 2 hours before going to sleep and more awakenings at night.
Since my cure, I have none of it !!!! No more handkerchiefs, repetitive sneezing, fatigue, back pain. I sleep like a baby, I feel a well being. No flu while all in the house were in.
-my colleague had a cervical spondylosis he cured through 1 tsp nigella oil morning and evening.his doctor was amazed.
-fort of this testimony, I recommended it to my uncle who also has a cervical spondylosis and takes every day raldol to soothe his pain; after 3 days and took only 1 tsp of oil, it eradicate the pain and stop taking raldol. That makes two weeks that he continues his treatment and increased to 1 tsp morning and night.
-a doctor friend (specialty anesthesia / resuscitation) occurred in a patient who had 4g of glucose; she had for over a month: headaches, nausea, blood sugar not less than 1.3g despite conventional medicines, asthenia, incurable urinary infection despite the use of more antibiotics. He made the first emergency care, infusion ….
After having spoken of nigella seeds, the next day, and having shown him the scientific papers on this, he proposed to his patient to take at the rate of 1g morning and 1g evening (seeds to chew). Agreeing, the patient made it the same day; results after 3 days: headache, asthenia, nausea, and urinary tract infection, all gone !!!!! blood sugar that day was 0.9g. the patient continued to take it 10 days, the rate still varies between 0.85 and 0.9g.
I advised the seeds to another type1 diabetic who had slept badly and joint pain. After one week, the person felt much better and said he will never stop nigella seeds.
-my sister had redness and some buttons across the inside of the arm one day after work (that the itch). the evening before sleeping, she applied black seed oil. The next morning, no trace or redness or button; it was magical, because we could not even distinguish any sign of redness or button; the skin was uniform, homogeneous.
-a few days after taking the seed mixture + honey, roundworms are dead !!
-I have applied the oil on a finger injury that I left dragged two days and that became infected and inflamed; finger hurt. In the evening I have applied oil for 2 minutes and apply an empty dressing neutral story to protect the injury. The next morning, more inflammation or pain and the wound was closed !!!!!!! It was impressive !

Hi. My name is Nik from Malaysia. I am a male, 30 years old. Last year around september I was diagnosed as type 2 diabetic. The diagnosis was done when I went to the hospital for a curbuncle in my groin area. I was so sad knowing that I am diabetic when I still young. When I was discharged from hospital I was given a month of diabetic medicine by the hospital.
I’d never took the medicine and has took 2 spoon of black seed oil daily along with less sugar diet. After 3 month my hba1c test shown that I am free from diabetic. The doctor was shocked as I have reversed the diabetic which he thinks its impossible.

Till now I’m taking this oil daily and enjoy less sugar diet. My sugar level is normal like a healthy person.

For diabetic I am suggesting to take black seed oil and arabic gum (powder type dilute in water) for sugar level control. You may avoid the diabetic drug slowly as it is high toxic which may damage your kidney.

For those who ask for the dose, whatever disease u have , u can consume it twice daily, one teaspoon each and up to two tablespoon daily. There are no limits as gat as i am corcern, but as general rules, never consume anything so much. I have been taking black seed oil for more than 10 years and so do my kids and those doses i gave u is just fine, for any type of disease. Tq. Insya Allah.

    Hi Mr. Wade & everyone,

It took me few hours to read online “in arabic” about the black seed. Then to come up with a copy from an online english summary regarding it. This is basically summs up the interpretaion of what the Prophet Mohammed said about it by Muslim Scholars centuries ago. I hope i can come up with what they have written on “how to consume or use the black seed”.

Al-Bukhaari (5688) and Muslim (2215) narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) say concerning the black seed: “In it there is healing for every disease, except as-saam.” Ibn Shihaab said: As-saam is death.

There are two scholarly views concerning the words “healing from every disease”. It was suggested that it is to be understood according to the general meaning, so it includes all diseases, or that it is general in wording but specific in meaning, so what is meant is some diseases.

Al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

It was said that the words “every disease” refer to every disease that could be treated with it, because it is beneficial in the case of cold diseases; as for hot diseases, it is not.

    Al-Khattaabi said:

The words “From every disease” are general terms but what is meant by them is something specific, because there is no medicine made from plants that could be used to treat all diseases; rather what is meant is that it is healing for every disease that is caused by moisture.

    Abu Bakr ibn al-‘Arabi said:

According to physicians, honey is more likely to be a remedy for every disease than the black seed. Nevertheless, there are some diseases that if a person drinks honey, it will make matters worse. If what is meant by the description of honey as something “wherein is healing for men” [an-Nahl 16:69] is that it is healing for most diseases, then it is more appropriate to say that with regard to the black seed. End quote.

Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

The words “healing from every disease” are like the verse in which Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning): “Destroying everything by the Command of its Lord” [al-Ahqaaf 46:25]. That is, it (the storm or wind referred to in the previous verse) destroyed everything that could be destroyed, and the like. End quote.

    Zaad al-Ma‘aad (4/297)

Shaykh Abu Muhammad ibn Abi Jamrah said: Some people commented on this hadith and made its general statements specific, referring it to the views of people who have medical experience, but the one who says that is obviously mistaken, because if we believe the physicians – whose knowledge is based on experience, the foundation of which is what is most likely to be right – then to believe the one who does not speak on the basis of his whims and desires [i.e., the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)] is more appropriate [than believing the doctors].

    End quote from al-Fath (10/145).

    Al-Karmaani said:

It may be that the general meaning is the intended meaning, that it may bring healing for all diseases, but that is on condition that it is put together with other ingredients, and there should be no haraam component. Rather the general meaning of the text must be what is intended, because the fact that an exception is mentioned indicates that it is general in application. The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said it intending that general meaning; the evidence for that is the fact that he made an exception. Therefore we must accept that it is general in meaning. End quote.

    ‘Umdat al-Qaari (31/301)

The fact that the general meaning is what was intended is obvious, because the wording indicates that. It is also indicated by the exception in the phrase “except as-saam (death).” If the general meaning had not been intended, there would have been no need to mention the exception. The fact that an exception is made for death indicates that for all other diseases, black seed may be useful as a remedy, but that is dependent upon there being no impediment and upon the conditions being met.

Black seed is helping the arthritis in my hands, I also starting taking Gotu Kola and Ginko Biloba, these herbs have been used by people for centuries and GOD gave us these herbs and plants to heal our bodies, truly is a God send. Makes me wonder why the big pharma companies create medicines with bad side effects with warning labels that say it can kill you or it can make you dizzy and even cause cancer. Good luck and Blessings to all that seek healing.

Hello, a friend of mine went to Marocco and I asked her to get me something for migraines and my rhinitis. She brought me a small cup with nigelle seeds and a small cloth. She told me to breath deeply once a day. Do you suggest any other methods to use it? Thank you.

Why is it when Europeans come into the late knowledge of something, in most cases, long before you short existence on this planet, you arrogantly, disrespectfully attempt to put yourself in the forefront of its discovery. Egypt (a Greek term), is really Kemet. Africa (named after a Roman General Africanus), is really Ethiopia,
In a nutshell what I am eluding to, it was those who you Europeans hate, the so-called Africans, you owe all you have and know to. Instead, with your hateful, lying nature, you’ve dome a masterful job in writing the so-called African and the Black Man out of His-Story.
When you talk about BLACK Seed Oil, relate it to the people who first introduced it to the world, its was NOT these Indians from India, who also display a hatred towards so-called Africans, Nor was it introduced to the world by the Europeans.
Tell me, why is it Europeans and non-Ethiopians have this hatred towards a people who embraced everyone who came to their homeland as guest and was met with evil beyond anything the world has ever seen? This evil still ongoing. Those who you call Africans lived on this land called Pangea, before the land broke a part becoming what you today call, continents. I only deal in facts back with physical EVIDENCE.

I have been totally disabled with health problems and crippling arthritis now for a few years. I have taken the Black seed oil gels 2 twice daily for 4 days and the results are clearly amazing. I am diabetic and my blood glucose levels have improved, the inflammation from RA has subsided and the pain lessened, I can rest easier and my mobility has improved drastically. My colitis and gut has straightened out and got better, my thinking has got much clearer. Each day from day 1 has been better than the last day was. I never would have dreamed that a Natural seed product would have helped me in the way this has. I shared some of my gels with a friend who also has disabling arthritis for many years and after just one day he also has seen a great improvement. Something this effective must be shared and the word needs to be spread far and wide. There is a reason that healers have used this for thousands of years, and that is because it actually works. I just can’t believe it, I have taken prescription medications and pain pills for years that have not been this effective. I am happy to endorse this natural remedy, and it comes without all the bad side effects that prescription medications carry.

Hi, all of you. I have to tell you my true story about BLACK SEED OIL(NIGELA SATIVA OIL). I went to my home country in Albania at the end of July and I met one my friend, professor of “Medicinal Faculty who told me about black seed oil, He had bought many 60 ml. bottles in Syria when he was with a group of doctors there for an international meeting on July 2010. What he told me, to be honest I did not believe in the begining, he argued me that the main component of this product is “Thimoquoinone”. This product is the most powerful antibacterial,anti-inflammatory, anti-virus, anti-septic, anti-fungal,anti-poize, than oll antibiotics that we are using today, gold streptococ microb that is to much resistant against the most powerful antibiotic, this component kills at once. I was astonish and I took from him 10. 60 m.l. bottles. After I turn back in Canada I had a problem with my bad smell mouth, I started to take 1 tbs. spoon of black seed oil 2 times a day, the problem disappeared in 2 weeks but I had a problem, I had a deznes, I thought maybe from high doses of black seed oil and I stopped for 1 week, I felt very good. After one year I had a problem with my left eye, the oculist recomanded me for an operation, I started to take 1 teaspoon black seed oil with half of glass carrot juice, after 1 week I started to feel good and after 3 weeks I went to my oculist who was astonish saying you had macula degeneration what have you done, I explained. I went to Halal Meet stores and I bought some bottles of black seed oil to have for my family. I started to believe to much that so I told to my work friend, they did not believe because was incredibile what I had. One day a friend wounded his toe of his hand and he suffered because he did not care thinking he has to heal very soon, after 1 week he went to the doctor who said to operate the finger, he did not accept but his finger started to be black and a big infection started to spread, the worm started to go out from the finger in the same time he took antibiotics ate pills and put over the finger, I had told about the black seed oil but he did not believed me, he believed only the antibiotic, when I told him again he believed me and put some oil on the finger, unbelievable, after 3 days the worm disappeared and he the pain to, put the oil all the days, for about 10 days he passed the problem but the infection had demaged the tisu and he had an plastic operation. Since there now he is holding a bottle of black seed oil to his closet and the same did all my workmates. My wife had H. Pillory, one resistant microbe that stays inside the stomach and an infection in(polyp) inside the colon, the specialists arrived in the conclusion after gastro-scopy and colonoscopy, I gave to her 1 tea sp. black seed oil with a tea. sp.of Manuka Honey( product of wedderspoon company in Australia) melted in 1/2 worm water for 3 months. When she went to control again the doctors, asked her what have you done, what medicine you have used because your stomach and colon are very clean, I explained, since there now both doctors know me and when we meet talk about the oil, the doctor of the stomach thinks for the honey miracle, I have explained in detail and he trusted. Another, my closed friend who is leaving with me in the same area had a big problem with his more 40 years allergy, he used to take 1 hour before the breakfast and dinner 1 tea sp. black seed oil with 1 tea sp. manuka honey with worm water, after 2 months disappeared the allergy, he has now 3 years without allergy problems. Another that told the doctor to me about a patient who had breast cancer stage 3, the oncologist offered chemo therapy to him but he did not accepted, after 4 months he went to the oncologist to examine for his tumor, the oncologist did not believe his eyes saying how is possible now you have cancer free, what have you done, when he took the answer the black seed oil 3 times a day for 45 days, now the doctor is telling that story to his colleges, doctors and that story told me the gastrointestinal doctor that had my wife. The black seed oil is very good against allergic reactions caused from the food, against poisons, betting of insects include bees, scorpions etc, my psoryase sad bye-bye. Now all my friends believe me calling Dr. but I Im answering: the best doctor of the world is BLACK SEED OIL, learn how to use this, is the Achile’s nekle, the quantity, the time and how to combine with water, honey, fruits juice, milk etc.
