Hi there! 🙂 I recently used the black caraway seeds that are used as organic spices. So.. I pretty much sprinkle them on bread, salad, and a variety of Asian dishes. Do you think it would have any kind of positive effect? Hope to hear from you soon! 🙂

      • Cecilia says:

Do you know if I can take black seed oil if I take warfarin? Thank you. Cecilia USA

        • Andrew says:

Hi Cecilia. I am not the person who wrote the article but I read your comment about taking black seed oil with Warfarin. I do believe what you are taking is a blood thinner and if that is the case then no. Black seed oil acts as an anticoagulant so you would actually be taking two thinners. I’d stick with what your doctor has prescribed, UNLESS you get clearance to take the BSO in place of the Warfarin.

      • Barbara says:

I would take 2 teaspoons a day. Then rub all around the abdomen every night while lying in bed before going to sleep.

        • Theresa Lovett says:

We’re you delivered from endometriosis, I am dealing with it doctor is talking about surgery,

    • Albert says:

I am from Ghana. I came across Black Seed Oil a couple of months ago. I started drinking the oil 5ml daily. I had a little growth on my upper thigh that I would rub some on twice daily, sometimes just once a day. The growth is completely gone, quite surprising. This oil is something else!

    • Brian Mayer says:

I recently learned about this from a good friend…Immediately, I thought it was hocus pocus bullshit…My Mom had indigestion/acid reflux so bad she felt like her throat was closing…Shes VERY reluctant to trying ANYTHING else bc it might react with her Lupus medication, along with the other ailments a 74 yr old woman has..She can’t afford her prescription Nexium (almost $500) so I made her some of my “tea”…BLACK SEED OIL (liquid), APPLE CIDER VINEGAR (w/ the mother), and HONEY with warm water…Im not gonna lie, it tastes a bit like terpentine, but she chugged it…She had ZERO confidence in this “crap” as she calls it, but as of today, she’s now a believer!!!! She said her Acid Reflux almost went away immediately and slept like a baby till about noon and woke up feeling great…No more acid reflux☺☺ This is ABSOLUTELY a cure all…Id suggest reading the 1st 10-15 pages of “101 Benefits of Black Seed Oil”

  6. SAMARA says:

Please do Glenn! I actually just bought this oil cold pressed and natural from a local naturopathic shop as a recommendation from a friend about 5 days ago I’ve been mixing it in my oatmeal every morning. The funny thing is Imy trying it for basic anti inflammatory reasons for congestion BUT I’ve noticed a huge scar on my abdomen from a surgery a couple months ago has dramatically shrunk within 3 days. I’m shocked because it always felt like a huge lump and not its soft, flat and smooth. O and I’ve definitely had more energy, sexual drive, haven’t been congested, and feel more calm and balanced in a way. So with you being a new user id love to know your experience

I just started using black seed oil about three weeks ago and it’s been working beyond my expectations. I usually have horrible allergies and for the last two weeks my allergies have cleared. I’ve also experienced better mood and less sinus pressure and headaches. I’ve also used it on my skin since I have dark spots and within a week it started to clear up. Overall I’m glad I’ve found this supplement, will be keeping it in my kitchen for years to come!

    • Brendan Wade says:

      Hi Jona!

I’m ecstatic to hear that great news! Black seed oil is a great natural remedy for allergies, and you’re another case that proves it!

Many people don’t understand that the properties in black seeds make them a great natural remedy for pretty much anything.

  9. Vikky says:

If it does help, it’s not too noticeable. I tried it on my mom she hurt her ribs.
It deff. Didn’t do any harm.
I know it grows hair and slightly darkens it too.

    • Brendan Wade says:

      • Reverie6349 says:

To grow hair, do you take the oilt orally or do you massage it on the scalp?
        Thanks for your help hereof.

  10. lami says:

Just heard about it days ago but I’m confident it can cure every illness for prophet Mohammed said so centuries back

  11. Jacqui Thomson says:

I started taking the seeds, 2 x teaspoons, morning and night, just 2 weeks ago.. I heat the seeds in a small pan and just as they show a little smoke coming off, I slip a tablespoon of water on them, to prevent them from burning. When the water has all gone, and the seeds are mostly dryish, I put them in a dish with a good teaspoon of honey, mix them well and eat them.
My hayfever is gone now- I used to suffer in the winter with the birch tree pollen, and then every other pollen coming in. My asthma is virtually non-existent now, even though I have a virus at the moment (caught from husband).
So I can say it has definitely worked, so is worth carrying on with. Not the best taste in the world, but hey.

    • Brendan Wade says:

      Hey Jacqui,

Thanks for sharing. That’s great to hear! I’m glad you were able to benefit from black cumin seed oil 🙂
